The Atlantic Wall, a defense system built by Nazi Germany to stop an opposing evasion by the Allied Armies, needs to be repaired or destroyed. Emotional and Environmental impacts are a huge factor in deciding what should be done; now, France has to make that decision. Is it right to preserve the history of a tyrant/dictator?
