It is St. Francis Xavier day on the Catholic calendar. Hope it is a happy one and that all the Musketeers in Cincinnati are celebrating loud and proud! One of my favorite men of history  for his promotion of the social studies of Japan and Eastern Asia. Below is a map of his missions after joining the Jesuits.
