Teaching on an A/B block schedule means that students in common classes get split over the weekend and this year that happened for my Lunar New Year lessons. So, today I decided to make a short post to show what I used for the lesson and share the resources with others.
I then downloaded the Rabbit image files and added them to a Google slide deck of the videos I used in class. I included some of the promo images from ShaoLin’s book Chineasy on the worksheet and included attribution. Her TedTalk on the importance of understanding Chinese culture made for a great conversation starter.
